Your Bio

I'm a senior at Tufts University and spent the Fall '06 semester on Tuft's study abroad program in Ghana. These are a collection of a few (hundred) of my favorite pictures I took while I was there.
Enjoy.

P.S. - Shout out to bruddah Ed Fan, a fellow Jumbo ('09) who took this shot at "the wall" in Waikiki. He liked the reflection in the sunglasses

Also, in the galleries you'll notice a 'style' drop-down menu in the upper right-hand corner of the page. I'll be putting in a lot of captions, so I'd go with the 'journal' view.

Disclaimer: Feel free to download any pictures, and if you'd like to use them it's fine, but please email me (elanack@gmail.com)first and include a mention. Thanks

12.1 Richard Danquah Wakekeeping and Kumasi Funeral : Wakekeeping for Richard Danquah, a major player in the Ghanaian music community who died rather suddenly at a young age. A lot of great performers came to pay their last respects, and I was too busy enjoying to take out the camera too much, but this is what I got. The next morning we went to Kumasi for the funeral of the mother of a professor in the African Studies department.
